Exclusive Remedies

- If a covered Tire wears out to the tread depth of 2/3rds prior to the mileage specified in the tread warranty’s limited warranty for the duration, Les Schwab will make an adjustment in proportion to the purchase price at the time of purchase that excludes Federal Excise Tax, multiplied by the pro-rata adjustment. The pro-rata adjustment will be 100 percent less mileage split by the number of miles stated in the tread life warranty. Life.
- If the Covered Tire fails due to manufacturing defects or material during the first 25 percent of wear, Les Schwab will replace it at no cost.
